Those cigarettes were given to russian soviet army soldiers ( who were smokers , got those for free , i do not remember was it 240 or 360 pcs. per month ) those who did not smoke got half kilogram of sugar cubes . It was in Eastern Germany , near Weimar 1987-1989 my army time.
