s.a. CPI n.v. (Consulting & Prospection International) was established in 1986 and has its headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium since 1992 where it has a staff of eight. CPI USA Inc. was established in 1991 and is based in Miami, Florida.
CPI has been mainly active in trading of non-perishable foodstuffs, coffee, tobacco products and toiletries/cosmetics/perfumes. The company's geographic scope has been centered in and around emerging markets in Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Over the past 10 years, CPI has acquired a considerable real estate portfolio in the city of Antwerp and has created some interesting synergies by investing in several foreign companies that complement very well with CPI's trading activities.
