In 1902 a British cigarette manufacturer, Philip Morris, established a corporation in New York to sell its tobacco brands, including Cambridge. The Court found Philip Morris unfairly and deceptively marketed Marlboro Lights as �safer� than regular cigarettes and that Marlboro Lights and Cambridge Lights are just as harmful as regular Marlboro and regular Cambridge cigarettes for all members of the Class.
