A brand of tobacco "Yuma Organic" has been [registered|http://www.wipo.int/ipdl/en/madrid/key.jsp?KEY=944457] (2007, Miami) by "Real Tobacco of America Corporation" (7225 NW 25th Street Suite 108, Miami, FL 33122, US). Relation is unconfirmed (need source).

On each pack, the tobacco is advertised as:

  • fair trade, certified by IMO
  • organic, additive-free, pesticide-free

In France, distribution started around Spring 2009 in "selected" sales points (cigar resellers).
