Manufacturer of Bringi, Tusker, and Winner.
HCTF is an subsidary group of Haggar Holdings in The Republic Of The Sudan, specialised in the manufacturing and selling of cigarettes.
The group has two major production plants : one is located in Khartoum and one in Juba. Juba is only a production facility where the brand Tusker is manufactured where as Khartoum process Lamina and Stem for use in Juba along with the production of both Bringi and Winner.
