Salisbury cigarettes were made in England by [[ManufacturerAbdulla & Co. Ltd. |Abdulla & Co. Ltd.]].  In Canada, the trade-mark is held by Philip Morris U.S.A.;  it is thought that they were imported by Philip Morris' Canadian subsidiary, [[ManufacturerBenson & Hedges (Canada) Ltd. |Benson & Hedges]] after it was bought in 1958.  Before then, it would have been imported directly by Philip Morris.
