The Infinity brand cigarettes manufactured by Macedonia Tabak  featuring
"Made in Macedonia" on the package are approved for sale in the State of
Iowa.  However, the Infinity brand cigarettes made by an unknown
manufacturer in Paraguay with almost identical packaging except that these
packages contain the line "Made in Paraguay" are not approved for sale in
the State of Iowa.  Effective November 13, 2003, any of the Infinity product
made in Paraguay will be considered contraband subject to seizure and
destruction by the State of Iowa.  Anyone selling the Infinity brand made in
Paraguay in the State of Iowa beginning November 13, 2003, will be
prosecuted under the provisions of Iowa Code section 453D to the fullest
extent of the law.
