The Double Happiness cigarettes certified for sale in Iowa are manufactured
by the Shanghai Tobacco Company in China. These cigarettes are exclusively
imported into the United States by the Konci G & D Management Group (USA)
Inc. of New York, New York. That these cigarettes are manufactured by
Shanghai Tobacco Company in China is specified on the back panel of the
cigarette packages.  THESE ARE THE ONLY DOUBLE HAPPINESS CIGARETTES APPROVED
FOR SALE IN IOWA. SALES OF ANY OTHER DOUBLE HAPPINESS CIGARETTES IN THIS
STATE WILL SUBJECT THE SELLER TO THE FULL PENALTIES AVAILABLE UNDER THE LAW.
At least two other Double Happiness products are being sold in the United
States. Neither of these brands are certified for sale in Iowa. 1) One brand
of Double Happiness is manufactured by the Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Company
Limited in Hong Kong. This manufacturing information is specified on the
front and back panels of the cigarette box. Again, this cigarette brand is
not approved for sale in Iowa. 2) Another brand of Double Happiness is
manufactured by the Guangzhou No.2 Cigarette Factory in China. This
manufacturing information is specified on the right panel of the cigarette
box.
